- Welcome to The Cursive Club! Today's letter is n.
- Cursive is movement on paper. Body, arm, wrist, hand, pencil.
- Stand up, and spin a hula hoop with me!
- Swing up and over, slide down, bounce back up, over the hump, and out!
- Over, down, one hump, and out. That's the letter n.
- Now watch the letter n.
- Start on the baseline. Swing up and over, then slide down.
- Go back up the same line, over the hump, and down.
- Then curve out at the baseline.
- Again, a little faster. Over, up, hump, out.
- Now, nice and quick.
- Your turn! Trace the gray letters in your book.
- Go slow, and start at the dot.
- Keep your pencil on the paper. It's all one stroke.
- Swing over first, then make one hump.
- Great job, cursive star! Pause and practice on your page!
